This Ecolodge in the Côte d’Azur aims to become a 100% sustainable site working towards for a new version of tourism. All its efforts are focused on customer’s wellbeing as well as preserving the wildlife and nature of the lodge’s surroundings.
WHAT
Ecolodge develop a more responsible tourism experience seeing customers as actors of ecological transition. Its 21 hectares in Natura 2000 Zone by the River Argens is classified as a refuge for birds by the League for the Protection of Birds (LPO).
HOW
Several actions are taken: biological/organic food at the grocer’s; no chemical fertilisers used; better waste-management; giving preference to “eco-sustainable” materials for the new lodges, save water… And more coming! Soon, a huge botanical garden will be unveiled, and the campsite will become 100% pedestrianized.
WHY
Because it has become essential for the planet and all its beings. In each field of activity, the lodge believes that we must create new options for visitors, consume differently and everyone has to share this responsibility.
