Le Calette

Le Calette is a family owned boutique hotel 2km away from the historic center of Cefalù (a UNESCO World Heritage Site) with breath-taking views over the Meditteranean sea.

The Hotel unpretentiously represents a way of experiencing Sicilian luxury. Decorated with plenty of charm, harmoniously immersed in the nature of the bay, it offers the many delicacies local produce and cuisine have to offer.

The Hotel has implemented a series of actions aimed at reducing the environmental impacts of its existence:
1. Energy and water resource management
2. Waste management
3. Minimum use of chemicals
4. Environmental education & awareness to guests

The Hotel monitors and encourages these initiatives through an Environmental Management System that includes regular staff workshops, monitoring energy consumption and prioritizing fellow ECOLABEL EU certified suppliers (and other environmental management system certification holders).

The Hotel’s ambition is to contribute towards the local economy and the quality of Sicily’s hospitality industry, safeguarding the environment that surrounds Le Calette, with a clear commitment to reducing its impact on the island.
